Take AI from a convincing response to a workflow people can depend on. Work with customers to understand the decisions, documents and exceptions behind an outcome, then build and evaluate the systems that carry the work forward with evidence, clear limits and measurable reliability.
What you’ll own
Translate discovery into a bounded workflow, representative cases and clear acceptance criteria.
Build document processing, retrieval and structured model outputs. Use deterministic checks where rules can be expressed directly.
Create evaluations for normal and difficult cases, investigate failures and improve reliability through pilot deployments.
What you’ll bring
- Software you have built using model APIs, with examples of how you tested outputs and handled errors.
- Strong backend engineering skills and familiarity with document processing, retrieval or structured data extraction.
- Comfort working directly with users, tracing ambiguous requirements to source evidence and explaining technical tradeoffs.
